Problem Note 69671: Linked text that you create with the URL option might appear faint or incompletely displayed in PDF output when using the ODS PDF destination

When you use the ODS PDF destination, linked text that you create with the URL option might appear faint or incompletely displayed in PDF output as shown below:
If you set the link border color to white, the white border overlays the edges of the text, which makes the text appear faint or clipped. If you set the link border to a color other than white, the link border overlays the edges of the text.
There is currently no circumvention for this issue.
